I always go into Mondays feeling refreshed. Once in a while I'm frazzled because I spent all weekend doing something not fun, so I don't get that relaxed feeling.
VLCD 1 (aka very low calorie day) was good for the most part. I started to get cranky and tired at about 5pm, and when I got home from softball I took a nap. Then we headed over to a family friend's house to have dinner. After my stomach issues Friday and Saturday night from eating too much meat and cheese, I opted for a salad and stuck with it.
This morning I woke up with a 1.2 pound loss. I also took my measurements this morning so I have to make sure I keep up with those too. Its not just the number, its the size.
Today is going to be cleaning, working, lessons, and a couple of errands. Of course there is softball practice and a baseball scrimmage to go to as well :) I'm going to try to walk a couple of miles today, but no guarantees since Monday's schedule is so full. We also need to start getting into a routine since C has classes starting the 29th, I think. I should really check into that!
