It's Saturday night. This morning I woke up feeling light headed and dizzy. You know why? Not enough water and protein. I knew it was going to eat a protein burger last night so I adjusted my meals yesterday to compensate for the calories, but instead of 200g of protein I ended up with about 110. And then during the game I didn't drink very much water.
So lesson learned. It took until about 3pm to recover from it and I have been drinking tons of water all day.
Today I bought a few things to get me through week 2. Coffee, and a peppermint tea. The coffee was alright, and the tea is cooling right now. On Monday I am going to start walking at least 30 minutes a day. Ehhhh... Maybe some weights too! I have missed working out....I wasn't doing it because I wanted to see how my results were going. But I really miss the way I feel during the day, and it does make my day go more smoothly. So that is the plan for next week. 8.2 pounds down and 1.8 to my goal. Yay! I may go for an extra 5 for a little leeway.
I wore a pair of shorts today that Tim bought me a last year but they never fit. and I have one more pair of board shorts that I have never worn (tags are still attached!) once those fit loose, I'm done.
My hip is feeling better, so one more week and I can run with Bean's softball team.
Other than the weight loss, today was very relaxing. I did make Tim Take me to Target for a few things... And then I bought a new pair of shoes finally! Then we went to the grocery store and I bought my food for next week. Tim bought the household groceries for him n the kids.
The little ones' favorite game right now is hide n seek in my room. I didn't realize so many hiding spots were in here.
